To order from us, please kindly follow our rental steps:

Email us your order ® Email you a proforma invoice ® Make payment ® Delivery ® Collection ® Refund deposit

1.  Email us your order at  sales@3gsolutions.com.cn stating the package reference #, drop-off address, drop-off date, pick-up address, pick-up date. 

2.  We send you proforma invoice via email for your confirmation within 2 hours upon receiving your order during working hours (9:00am - 5:30pm Mon - Fri, Beijing Time (CST) +0800 UTC Check what is the current time? ) or before 11:00am of the next working day upon receiving your order during non-working hours.

3.  Make payment by credit card, debit card or Paypal.

4.  We deliver the rental package to your designated address from the second day on.

5.  On the end date, leave Rental Package at the hotel concierge or somewhere else, and we will pick it up.
