1. General

 

1.1  What is the rental steps?

        Step 1. Order and Pay online. Step 2. Delivery (to hotel or residential / office address). Step 3. (Collect it at the hotel concierge / reception and) start to use. Step 4. Return (leave it at               your hotel concierge / reception). Step 5. Deposit refund

1.2  How many days in advance should I order rental package from you?

        Usually you need to order it from us at least 2 or 3 days in advance.

1.3  How is the Rental Days calculated?

        The Rental Days is the number of days between start date and end date. For example, if start date 1st Jan and end date 10th Jan, Rental Days is 10 days.

1.4  How to check how much data I have used during the rental period?

        you can use mobile apps to monitor your data usage.

1.5  How to avoid too much data consumption?

      ● Sign out all your Cloud Apps accounts which usually eat data fast

      ● Don’t watch online video programs

      ● Download as few files or music as you can

      ● Turn off automatic updates for Windows;  Turn off automatic updates for Mac.

      ● Use antivirus software to check if there is spyware on your devices which might be uploading / downloading lots of data in a hiden way

1.6  Can I upgrade to a higher data levelor extend the Rental Days?

        You can upgrade to a higher data level or extend the Rental Days. You will need to pay additional order revision fee US$10 besides price difference between two package sets

1.7  Is there a cancellation fee for rental order?

        If the rental package is cancelled before the rental package is dispatched, you are responsible for an US$5 order cancellation fee. If the rental package is cancelled after
        shipping , you will be charged for an US$20 cancellation fee plus an US$7 shipping fee.

1.8  What if the rental packages damaged or lost by my carelessness?

       In the event of any loss, damage, destruction, theft or disappearance of the Rental Package subsequent to delivery to Subscriber, Subcriber shall immediately notify 3GSolutions upon         the theft, loss or damage to the Equipment and regardless of circumstances, 3GSolutions has the right to hold the equal value amount of your deposit as compensation . The value of           Rental packages are listed as below: WiFi Rental Package: WiFi device US$60.00; Data sim card US$5.00; USB cable US$2.50; Wall charger US$4.50; Power bank US$20.00; Manual book            US$2.00; Metal box US$5.00. If Insurance was paid by Subcriber, all above mentioned charges under this clause can be waived after deductible amount US$40.00 applied.

1.9  What is included in your MiFi rental package?

          Our MiFi rental package includes one WiFi device, one power bank (selectable), one data sim, one Wall charger, one USB cable, one Metal box and one User Manual.

1.10  How long does one MiFi battery work after being fully charged?

          One battery can work for 5 ~ 6 hours.

2. Shipping

2.1  How do I get and return your rental package?

        We ship the rental package to your hotel concierge / reception and you can return it from the same or other hotel concierge / reception all  over China (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou,            Shenzhen, Nanjing, Xi’an, Kunming, Guilin, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Lijiang, Foshan, Dongguan, Xia’men, Changsha, Shenyang, Dalian, etc) (office or residential address              also works).

2.2  Can I get the rental package shipped to a hotel in one city and return it from another hotel in other city?

        Yes, we can ship your rental package to a hotel in one city and you return it from another hotel in other city.

2.3  How does hotel drop-off and pick-up work?

        We deliver rental package to your hotel concierge / reception where you can pick it up upon check-in, and in the end of rental period you just return rental package at the same or                   different hotel concierge / reception.

2.4  Does the delivery have a guaranteed time?

        Unless otherwise requested, deliveries will be shipped for receipt by 5:00pm on the rental start date or one day in advance in most cities. But please be aware of 1 ~ 3 days shipment            time depending on different destination cities (one days to Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Wuxi, Ningbo & Suzhou; 2 days to Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Qingdao, Xiamen,                         Zhengzhou, Dongguan, Zhuhai & Tianjin; 3 days to Xi'an, Chongqing, Chengdu, Kuming & Guilin. Can ask us for city not reflected.) when you place your order

2.5  Can my order be delivered to the airport?

        Due to security reasons we cannot deliver it to airport.

2.6  What is the shipping cost?

        Our standard shipping is $10 covering both ways within China.

3. Payment options

3.1  What kind of payment options do you accept?

        We accept Visa, Master card , American Express, Discovery, Paypal, etc.

3.2  How and when do you refund my deposit?

        We will refund your deposit usually within 2 working days after receiving the return of rental packages. It shall go directly to your credit card account but may take several days or even        up to 30 days to reflect on the credit card statement depending on your credit card issuer, or go to your Paypal account immediately if you used PayPal account balance as original        funding source, meanwhile, you shall receive an email notification from Paypal.

4. Technical

4.1  What coverage and speed does your mobile broadband have?

        It covers 99% China population (except for Hong Kong and Macau) (Coverage map).It provides download speed up to 150Mbps and upload speed up to 50Mbps. But it
        doesn’t mean the actual speed you will get. Speed and quality of connection may vary depending on your locations, where the number of users and signal strength will
        affect the speed.

 

4.2  How does your MiFi work? Is there any installation needed?

        One button up! No any installation needed.

4.3  What language in shown on the MiFi device?

        English.
