Refund Policy

(a) To place a refund, return or exchange request for an order placed with us, You would need to contact us via email at support@3gsolutions.com.cn

(b) Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within 2 days and we will notify you via email of the results.


(c) Refund, returns or exchanges request are accepted up to 60 days from the date of placing the Order with us. We may grant extensions to this period for some special cases and Products at its discretion.

(d) To cancel your order, please note the following: Cancels the order (i) before shipping, Subscriber will be charged for an US$5 cancellation fee; (ii) after shipping within Mainland China, Subscriber will be charged for an US$10 cancellation fee; (iii) after shipping outside of Mainland China, Subscriber is responsible for the shipping fee for outbound, and an US$10 cancellation fee. .

(e) If the refund request is granted by us, payments are refunded as follows: (i)Credit Cards payments will be refunded within six (6) business days; (ii) PayPal payments will be refunded within three (3) business days.
